This formulation is designed to support heart function and improve circulation in cases of acute circulatory failure, cardiogenic shock, and circulatory disturbances following heart failure, infections, or injuries. • For acute heart attacks (myocardial infarction): Take N-67, N-55, and N-2 Drops immediately.
  • Alternate these three remedies every 5–10 minutes initially, then gradually increase intervals to 30 minutes, 1 hour, and then 2 hours as the patient stabilizes.
• To prevent long-term heart damage post-heart attack: Use N-3 Drops, alternating with N-2 Drops.
