This remedy is specially formulated to provide relief from migraines, tension headaches, and neuralgia (nerve pain in the head region). It helps with headaches triggered by stress, nervous exhaustion, weather changes, and minor colds. It is also beneficial for recurring headaches linked to light sensitivity, nausea, and dizziness.

• For acute headaches and migraines, take 10-15 drops in water, 3-6 times daily.
• After improvement, continue with 10 drops, three times daily, for an additional 2-3 days to maintain relief.

• Cimicifuga: Relieves headaches associated with hormonal imbalances and ovarian-related neuralgia. Eases supraorbital pain and head heat sensations.

• Gelsemium: Reduces head congestion, fatigue, light sensitivity, and pain concentrated above the eyes. Helps with weakness and exhaustion-related headaches.

• Iris: Effective for recurring migraines with intense headaches that may cause temporary vision disturbances. Also relieves bitter vomiting that can occur during migraine episodes.

• Sanguinaria: Soothes nervous irritability, pulsating headaches, and sensitivity to noise and light. Provides relief when lying down and reduces fluctuating sensations of heat and chills.

• Spigelia: Helps with one-sided headaches (unilateral migraines) that follow a rhythmic pattern similar to the sun’s movement. Also beneficial for headaches associated with heart-related symptoms.

• For headaches during influenza, combine with N-6 drops.
• For nerve inflammation in the head or sinus congestion, take N-1 (10-15 drops in water, 3-6 times daily).

• For rheumatic or neuralgic head pain, supplement with N-11 drops.
• For sinusitis-related headaches, consider N-49 and N-1 drops.
