This formula provides relief for acute and chronic muscle pain, lower back discomfort (lumbago), and conditions associated with rheumatism and joint stiffness. It helps alleviate pain resulting from overexertion, sprains, exposure to cold or damp conditions, and sciatica triggered by wet or cold environments. Additionally, it supports conditions like chronic joint inflammation, spinal arthritis (spondylarthritis, spondylosis), sacroiliac arthritis, and growing pains in muscles and bones. It is particularly useful for rheumatic pain that worsens with temperature or humidity changes.

• For acute pain (such as lumbago or sciatica):
• Take 10 drops in water every 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• After 1-2 days, when symptoms improve, reduce to 10 drops every 1-2 hours.
• For complete recovery and to prevent relapse, take 10-15 drops, three times daily for an extended period.
• For chronic muscle and joint rheumatism, spinal arthritis, and spondylosis:
• Take 10-15 drops in water, 2-3 times daily until symptoms improve.
• Once better, continue taking 10-15 drops once or twice daily for long-term support.
