This formulation is designed to reduce inflammation of mucous membranes and alleviate symptoms associated with measles, including eye irritation, fever, respiratory discomfort, and skin rashes. It helps in speeding up recovery, minimizing complications, and strengthening immune response.

• During the acute stage, frequent doses are required for effectiveness.
• Start with 8–10 drops in a small amount of water, taken every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• For infants, administer 3–5 drops in water.
• Once improvement is noticed, reduce the frequency to every 1–2 hours.

• Atropinum: Effective in cases of acute inflammation, fever, and head congestion, particularly when dry mucous membranes affect the upper respiratory tract.
• Ferrum Phosphoricum & Mercurius Solubilis Hahnemanni: Help manage catarrhal infections, sensitivity to light (photophobia), and excessive sweating, often associated with measles.

This remedy may be used alongside other treatments for specific complications:

• For post-illness recovery (convalescence): Use N-31 Drops.
• For cases complicated by influenza: Alternate with N-6 Drops.
• For tonsillitis or ear infections (Otitis Media): Use N-1 Drops.
• For sinus infections related to measles: Use N-49 Drops.
• If the measles rash does not appear or develops too slowly: Use N-23 Drops, 8–10 drops, 2–3 times daily.
• For bronchitis symptoms during measles: Use Jutussin Drops (N-9 Drops) or Jutussin Syrup (N-8 Drops).
